PT Cipta Persada Mulia (CPM) is a tin mining company established in 2006 with a total licensed mining area of about 11,550 hectares located at Cibia island waters, Pekajang village, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. With PT Prima Dredge Teams, who became managing shareholders of this company in 2018, PT CPM went one step further by building a tin smelting factory in 2019 located in Tanjung Uncang, Batam City. To support the Indonesian government to have tin downstream business in order to get more added value in our country, PT CPM built PT Batam Timah Sinergi and PT Tri Charislink Indonesia in 2022
PT Tri Charislink Indonesia was established in 2014 and restructured in 2022 to develop new business lines and products. We concentrate in producing liquid and solid PVC tin heat stabilizers along with tin solder. Our factories are located in Cikupa, Tangerang and Batam, Riau Islands.
We are strongly committed to making the world a better and healthier place to live in, by replacing Pb (lead) based products with Sn (tin) based products, especially since lead has more negative impacts on living beings, in particular.
As a tangible proof of our responsibility to the environment as well as our customers, we ensure that our PVC heat stabilizer product, methyl tin mercaptide is safe for use, in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) article 21 section 178.2010.

PT Batam Timah Sinergi is a subsidiary of PT Cipta Persada Mulia located in Batam, Riau Islands, which is engaged in the downstream tin industry with the aim of increasing added value for the company and the country.
PT Batam Timah Sinergi produces methyl tin heat stabilizer which is designed to replace lead metal (Pb) stabilizer in rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible PVC, as Pb can damage living things in particular. This product can be used for packaging food, medicine, toys, building and construction, and many other industries.
