Corporate Governance

Good Corporate Governance, as defined by the Organization for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD) is the system by which business corporation are directed and controlled. The corporate governance structure specifies the distribution of right and responsibilities among different participants in the corporation such as the board, the managers, shareholders and other stakeholders, and spells out the rules and procedure for making decisions on corporate affairs. By doing this, it also provides the structure through which the company objectives are set and the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance. Therefore, we, PT Cipta Persada Mulia strongly believe that a Good Corporate Governance is a must for Company and its entities.

We pledge ourself to strictly implement five basic principles of GCG, which are: Transparency, Accountability, Independence, Fairness and Equality.

  • Transparency

Transparency refers to implementing openness in the Company. For example, openness in distributing and disclosing relevant information regarding the company. Disclosure of information is carried out in accordance with applicable laws in the most efficient way as possible and accessible for Stakeholders and related parties.

  • Accountability

Accountability refers to the ability of the company to ensure the management is carried out effectively with full of awareness. The Company responsible to set a clear responsibilities and ensure every part of the Company is in line with the Company’s vision, mission, core values and goals; both short-term and long-term.

  • Independence

Independence refers to Company’s pledge to act objectively, free from internal/external pressures and ensure a professional management free from conflicts of interest.

  • Fairness

Fairness refers to equality in fulfilling the rights of all employee and stakeholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This include equal treatment for all and emphasize that the company is able to execute its right against threats in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Responsibility

Responsibility refers to the Company’s pledge to act accordingly to the laws and regulations.
